I purchased a portable air conditioner and heater model PH3-12R-03 through Fry's Electronics and while the unit works, it leaks water all over the floor. I have made repeated requests to resolve this issue but they fall on deaf ears. Soleus International and Fry's won't respond to inquiry. I paid over $400 for the unit so there should be some responsible entity to see to it that the thing works without making a mess on the floor. It's supposed to eliminate the moisture as it cools but it doesn't. It has a drain for excess moisture buildup, buut if you open it nothing comes out. Instead it just *** on the floor.
