Sold tickets for Steelers game after NFL announced no fans allowed

Original review updated by user Nov 26, 2020 Our family was preparing to attend the Steelers and Ravens game at Heinz Field on Sunday, 29 November (game had been moved from Thanksgiving evening). At he time we placed the order, we were unaware that Pennsylvania had already restricted that game to no-fan attendance due to COVID-19. That announcement came out at approx. 1pm. Stubhub still processed the purchase and then sent a notice at 10 pm stating they would give us a credit for future Stubhub events. This was extremely dishonest. I is closer to criminal. We want a refund. We dont want a credit. Order# xxxxx4191 User's recommendation: Don’t use Stubhub unless they offer a refund under similar conditions.
