Sold me a ticket I cannot use

They sold me a ticket that I cannot use as the countries I want to fly to are no allowing US Citizens to enter. I cannot even transit through the airport they routed me through. They will not return my calls, emails, tweets, anywhere. They are a fraudulent company that is stealing funds without providing what I paid for. I demand my money to be returned to me.
