Sold Damaged Vehicle Twice

I bought a 2005 Red Honda Element at the Sam Leman's in Peoria. I should have known from the beginning. The car was supposed to be in Pekin and without notification, they moved it to Peoria. Anyway, I bought the car with the rider that the sale was subject to my mechanic's approval, thank goodness. I drove back to Bloomington, Illinois where my mechanic, Gus, looked at it and within ten minutes, said, take it back. It is too damaged to even ask for repairs. The engine block (cast aluminum) had been spray painted to hide something, the entire engine had oxydization on it; there was an antifreeze leak, but you couldnt see where it was leaking into; and there was a significant amount of pressure coming out of the oil reservoir which should not have existed (he said there should be an outtake valve that releases the pressure). Leman's did take the car back, so I will give them that. They didn't argue about it. But I left my garage door opening in the Element unfortunately. I've been trying to get it back for three weeks to no avail. Today, I tried one last time, speaking to the Pekin Sam Leman's where the car was last located. Guess what? They "sold" the Element. The person I spoke to claimed the car had been fixed. For the sake of the person who bought it, I sure hope so, but I really do doubt it.
