Went to AccuQuest , in Des Moines, for 2nd opinion. Nickolas, said, Widex said the other Auidologist didn't know what they were doing! I needed more power. That would require a larger ear piece. When it arrived, it was so large it would no longer fit in my ear. It turned out to be to "LOUD" I returned to Woodard. They said over powered and 2 large. Having been sold a device. from AccuQuest for $900.00, I was not happy and ask for at least a partial refund. Not only did they refuse that they also said they couldn't find the Aids they had sold me. Those did turn up after several weeks of calls, on my part. I feel I was taken advantage of. Sales being the goal, not service! CHECK IT OUT!
