Installer hooked up Power optimizer on same circuit as 220 electric range. Creating a fire hazard. Did not pass recent house inspection. Never saved any money on energy. Product does not work. This is a serious concern. I feel I have no recourse. Many phone calls no response. Last call was from another solar tek company said the one I wanted located at 915 S. Main St., Suite 408 evansville Indiana 47708 8** **2-9944 went out of business a couple of years ago. I have the sales rep name which I am not sure I can publish.The product cost 995 dollars. how do I file a complaint. Is there any recourse?
