To whom this letter may concern, My name is Lilliane Zenny and I am Customer of solar quest. I first became a customer August 21st 2014. I Purchase three solar powered products to reduce my electric bill. I was informed that my electric bill would be reduced considerably if I purchased two solar power fans for my attic and a solar power water heater. The sales man promised me that I would save 50 to 60 dollars monthly. Since the installation of the products my electricity consumption has not change. In addition upon receiving my first electric bill it came to my attention that the price didn’t change. I called the company and was informed that it would take time to notice a change in my electric bill. Once three utility bill cycles had past my records indicated that I was not saving any money at all. I once again called the company to inquire as to why the product was not working to save me money. I was not given the attention that was need, I requested to speaker to the owner of the company or high ranking representative, was denied that request and was told that more time needed to pass before my utility bill would change. At this point I was losing faith in the product and became seriously concerned. I allowed 10 months to pass after installation and still no change in my electricity consumption was notice. I called the company once again and this time a representative was sent to my location to inspect the products. When the representative arrived he inspected the units and gave me a less then par explanation as to why I wasn’t saving any money. I was told that the problem had been fixed. Upon receiving my next bill and to my dismay nothing had change. Furthermore I was told that the price of labor and parts would be $10500. I was told that I would receive multiple rebates as well. But it came to my attention that none of these rebates were true and now am responsible for the entire quoted price of 10500. I am a 79 year old woman and am outraged that I was deceived with delusions of grandeur. None of the guarantees made about the product was fulfilled. Also I am very dissatisfied with their customer service and the company as a whole. I will not let this slide this is the reason why I am writing this letter I stumbled across the website and was hoping for some form of insight or information on how to go about this.
