Good day. I want to make a formal complaint against Soho Casino situated in Sun City. On the 22nd of September 2018 i was playing machine 54506 (automated roulette table). I placed a bet and before the timer was done i reversed all bets and the machine wiped out my credit on my card and gave me a balance of R10 only. I requested assistance and after a while i was supposed to speak to the supervisor Mr Ompile Modise. He took my card and went to, what i can only assume is the surveillance room to check on the cameras what happened. He came back and claimed that i bet all my money and that he has video evidence of it. I requested to see the footage and he refused, i requested to view the activity log on the machine where i was sitting and he refused and told me that i should contact the North West Gambling Board. He humiliated me in front of all the individuals that was present and insisted that i placed the bet. It is unfair on any individual to place bets on a faulty machine which Mr Ompile Modise insist is working at 100%. I hereby request that this matter be investigated even though my money was small i still have the right to what is legally mine.
