Soggy and cold food

On July 19, 2020 I ordered 2 meals by telephone at 1:00pm. I was told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at Red Lobster on Busch Blvd at 1:30, and I notified the employees that I was waiting in the parking lot for my order. After waiting 35 minutes, I called to see if my order was ready. Eventually someone brought my food to me. The shrimp and fries were cold and soggy. The baked potato was hard and cold. I spent $41.20 on this order. There is no excuse for such poor service and terrible food. User's recommendation: Better customer service, and food..
