I paid for Winzip Utilities Suite. Some time later, there was a Windows update, and some driver updates for my PC. Winzip Utilities Suite immediately complained that my PC configuration had changed, and unregistered itself. I contacted support. And waited. And waited. And waited. If their support exists, they're doing a very good job of hiding. So, I have software that I paid for, but can't use, and now they've sent me an email telling me it's nearly time to re-subscribe! suCu User's recommendation: Avoid. Customer support does not exist.
