This company is nothing but a scam. I purchased their $9.95 password recovery software program, and they ended up charging me $39.95. I had not agreed to this and found out 'cause I review my credit card statements. When I called the company out on this, they refunded me just the $9.95 amount and not the FULL amount. I again had to go back to them to demand my full $39.95 refund. And to top it off, the software didn't even work.
