Software never received by Atomnik

I ordered very competitively priced software online. Charges were made to my credit card. Waited. And waited. And waited. Several emails and phone calls later, they tell me my product was delivered to a completely different state than the shipping address i provided. Atomnik said it wasn't there problem because they provided the shipping carrier with the correct address, however they cannot provide a shipping number. I haven't heard anything from them after repeated emails and phone calls to ask if they were going to send a replacement. They do not seem concerned that a paying customer did not receive the product ordered.
