Signed up for Free Trial 30 day money back guaranteed VPN from Surfshark. Downloaded Surfshark app, but could not get connected, contacted support service they connected me, thought the issue was solved. But could not get connected again, tried numerous of times to contact support they were not available only got questions & answers and none sorted the problem. After much time and frustration of more than a full day, had to cancel to get work done. Contacted Surfshark and their reply was that they would charge me for first billing and that their 'first billing period was for 24 months and that I would not be charged for the next 24 months' The seller Cleverbridge AG intend to bill me $ 58.75 for two years for a product that I have not used apart from downloading the app that failed to work? Most disappointed. Invoice ID 21957**** User's recommendation: Beware their name fits the description SHARK.
