SOFIE NORTHGATE MALL SEATTLE WA. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECEIVED BY SOMEONE WHO JUST SPENT $1000 IN STORE. GREEDY COMPANY. THE WHOLE RETURN POLICY IS A COMPLETE ILLEGAL LIE. COMPLETE SCAM. HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS? I HAVE NEVER SEEN EMPLOYEES LIE LIKE THIS TO KEEP THEIR BONUSES. IF YOU ACTUALLY THINK THEY WILL ALLOW YOU TO RETURN A UNUSED PAIR OF GLASSES... THINK AGAIN. EVEN IF THEY HAVE TO SCRATCH THEM THEMSELVES THEY WILL. I BROUGHT IN A UNUSED PAIR OF TIFFANYS MINT NEW CONDITION A WEEK LATER. I LEFT THE STORE WITH ONE TINY SCRATCH IN THE CORNER. SOFIE ROUGH HANDLED THE MIRRORED GLASSES FOR 5 MINUTES IN STORE. COMPLETE JOKE! SOFIE CLAIMED THERE WAS SEVERAL LONG SCRATCHES. I TOOK THE GLASSES TO SOUTHCENTER AFTER AND THE EMPLOYEE SAID THERE WAS NOT SEVERAL SCRATCHES. LADY AT SOUTHCENTER MALL ALSO SAID SHE FOUND ONE VERY TINY SCRATCH. SOFIE MADE THE SCRATCH THAT DAY. HOW DOES A PAIR OF UNUSED GLASSES GET A SCRATCH UNLESS SHE MADE IT OR PURCHASED THAT WAY. SOFIE COMPLETELY LIED SAYING THERE WERE SEVERAL SCRATCHES. SCAM ARTISTS.. ALL TO KEEP THEIR BONUSES. JUST READ THE COUNTLESS REVIEWS CLAIMING THE SAME THING. COUNTDOWN TO CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT STARTING NOW.
