Sofa & loveseat

I purchased a sofa & loveseat from jennifer convertibles brooklyn location on 7/2016. As of late 2019 my sofa started to peel. As stated on my receipt the sofa & loveseat is supposed to be 100% leather. Genuine leather doesn't peel. Jennifer convertibles fraudulently represented their furniture. I contacted store which was closed down and warranty dept to avail.
