Its the wallet end of this company that you should have the customer service number for, not the bit pay card, because calling the number for the Bitpay card gets you NO help at all, they just keep referring you to the website which is so confusing to use and trying to put a ticket in is not easy, It is totally ridiculous. It took me five weeks to get an issue resolved that if there was phone support wouldve taken five minutes. You really need to take a look at the support you give your customers when hundreds of thousands of dollars are being used in these wallets and we cannot be wasting our time going back and forth in emails. VERY bad customer service!!
