Lower back injury workers comp claim. My adjuster has been awesome I have a nurse case manager and she is smarter than the Drs and understands how to manipulate her network. Best Dr care and therapy had 2 MRIs done been 20 months and I'm going to do an impairment rating today. Had no need to get a lawyer yet adjuster been straight forward she told me at the start only reason for denial of claims is if the Dr. Said it's not a work injury. There' has been no delays or denial of any services. The rating is being done by a Dr that was on the board that structured how to measure and determine. I really don't think there's a reason to even get an attorney involved pretty standard he gives me a rating the rest should be text book . So far so good
