So far not as bad as i said in the past

a few weeks ago i left a horrible review and i spoke on the phone to my adjusters supervisor and i gave him an ear full of bad my claim is been handled,i was so pissed off at the world and yet he allowed me to vent to him,my issue started with a home fire that destroyed my home,i explained to them that from the start of the claim i believe i had left my stove while boiling eggs when i left the house, in the same week i had a stroke and was put on disability from work i do know now why it was taking so long to resolve my claim,and i apologized to the whole team working on my claim,mt ajuster eric has been very kind and understandable why i was so angry,none of my anger was their fault it was mine to deal with,at this time i cant say anything bad about them i will continue using shelter insurance for my needs,
