You start happening maybe 3 weeks ago my bed has started to sad I just purchase it 2015 in August and they're telling me that the tech have to come out to my house I have no problem with that but then they will have the last say I don't understand how they can have the last say if it's a warranty on your mattress for 10 years because we should have the last say because I'm the one sleeping on this sagging bad I have purchased me a mattress topper and even a mattress topper is sagging where the mattress is sagging at I'll be very disappointed from spending this money and the text say that it doesn't need repair or they're not going to grab my warranty that I haven't even had not even 3 years so I hope you understand where I'm coming from because if he does or she that's not good for the consumer especially when they have to sleep in this condition and they have spent some money so much money on this
