My husband & are locals, spend a lot of money at Tropicana, enjoyed getting food comps from Kiosk & eating there. March 2nd decided to go play & eat. Went to pay with coupons (that we always) had done before, they said we don’t except more than one coupon anymore for food! We had already gambled our money except for $20 , we were shocked, cashier called “Corey” the manager up he said nope new policy, I said that’s terrible, why didn’t you guys notify people in advance “a sign at entrance “ or e Mail or flyers! He said with an attitude “we don’t make policies you have to pay” ! I said don’t get an attitude with me I’m the customer! He continued to say it’s not his fault, which I never blamed him anyway! My point is my husband has a card I gave a card eat at same table can only take one coupon! Or I guess we will eat at (two separate tables ) or ask for separate checks when ordering!?? You really need to get back to customer service in instances like this!
