I informed them that we will not accept any more orders and will return all bills. I also told them that they are not to call us again. Guy calls today claiming to be an employee from a competitor company and asked for my boss. When my boss took the call he started being belligerent with him and demanding that we still owe them for stuff they sent and so forth. I have instructed my crew to refuse all packages from this company and to let me know when they come in. When I called the number on the invoice the lady at the other end told me I was calling the wrong department. I informed her that this number is the one on their invoice so she will handle the call. Don't do anything with this company!
