I purchased a Smash bush cutter from the Cocentina store on the 16/09/2020.. The product has never been used. On the /09//2010 I tried to use it for the first time. When I start the machine up the engine seized. The store refused to refund my money breaking EU fit for purpose laws. The staff tried to get me to take the item to a repair shop to fix it. This cannot be fixed the machine was badly made. I am asking for my 129.00 Euros to be returned.
