Smart Shuttle Line – Shuttle Service Review

I had a pick up at Orlando at 2:30pm.The driver had my cell# to contact me just in case I had a problem delay.My flight was scheduled to arrive at 2:14 pm acctually arrived early at 2:08pm,I arrived at pick up area at 2:15 pm.The driver was scheduled to depart at 2:30 pm after contacting office to find out the driver had already left with out even trying to contact me Just another unproffessional shotty business.Hey Smart Shuttle, if your going to be in the business, which won't be very long if you keep treating customers' like this ,how about making sure you pick up your passengers',and depart at the scheduled time. Thank's for your poor service! I know I will never use your service again!
