Small portions!!!!!
Just very very upset with Panda Express. They are ripping off people left and right!! I hadn't been there in a while and If I would've known ahead of time that the portions were going to be smaller I would've just cooked orange chicken and rice at home!! User's recommendation: Dont go to Panda unless you have money to throw away!! I wished I had taken a picture for proof!!
