DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! This company is a train wreck. I rented an apartment with this company sadly for four years. They lie to you trying to trick you into a lease contract that doesn't match what they verbally tell you. Even with a signed written statement from the company about snow removal - don't expect it to happen or the grass getting cut for that matter. They wait until the town leaves a note on the door before they do anything! They will tell you the grass can grow until a certain length before the town fines them for not cutting it. When you call and ask about snow removal you get yelled at to get a shovel and do it yourself! They give you false promises that things will be fixed like structural issues of an unstable second floor porch, or the use of a garage that has been turned into a personal storage unit for the company for old TV sets and tires. Expect HUGE bee infestations inside your house that they will argue that it isn't there problem to worry about and to hire someone yourself to take care of it even though you complained to them how the bees where getting in because pieces of roofing coming off from storms and they refuse to replace any of it. I know two people that have taken them to court and won because they are so terrible!!! To top of it all they don't even have the decency to fully clean up an apartment someone left! They try and trick you by having you go through the front door and never see what is in the back side! Well I will show you! They don't care about the buildings they rent, you or your family.
