Slowly in refund process and poor customer service

2017 December 15th request refund process, but until 2018 January 15th still not finish. Then I contact the staff in chanel shop , just let me wait. Now do not answer my phone. I do not know how to solve this issue, very terrible shop experience in my life. I need help.
