The worst service I have ever received. To speak to an adviser more than an hour waiting, gave up due to expense. Tried online chat...45 ahead of me in the queue, finally answered couldn't help with a change of mobile, address or access to online banking. Currently, locked out of my own account, with them calling my old mobile and sending my highly personal mail to my old address. The adviser refused to pass me to a manager and give me a callback. Disgusting service, awful experience and complete lack of data protection. User's recommendation: Dont bother unless you like to be locked out of your own account...but have your details passed to other who can gain access to it instead.
