Slow, Slower and no connection

Their service has been horrible ever since they purchased this company from T6. They recently upgraded their system and it was good for about 6 months. Now it's back to speeds of 1.4 Mb most the time. When you call support they have you jump through hoops and tell you it's your router. I have family and friends that also have Rise Broadband and they are experiencing the same issues. Maybe we All have routers going bad at the same time ?? I don't think so ! When they were at our house, the tech said they knew their towers were overloaded and that's why we had problems, not our router. He also said we should Never see a drop from 16 MB which is what they are charging us for. Like I said .....We are usually around 2.0....a good day Might hit 5Mb.
