Slow shipping time

My transmitter failed on Sep. 18th, when I called for help I was told to change my sensor even though the blue tooth was not getting signals from the sensor. I changed in the morning and of course the sensor was not the reason it was not making connection. I called on the morning of Sep. 19 and was told shipping would be three day delivery. FedEx says that the transmitter will arrive on Thursday, Sep. 24th. The previous company that I had my CGM with never failed to have the item I needed to get my sensor running delivered to my home in 3 days. With type 1 diabetes that can change very rapidly it creates problems for me not to have the sensor available. I am very disappointed in the shipping time.
