Slow shipping beyond any reasoning and blaming on COVID

May 11: ordered product May 12:email says product "about to ship" May 22, 25, 26,27 tried to contact by email and no reply by email. Tried the phone number- just an answering machine. Tried the 24/7 chat and chat person tells me it's been shipped and it takes a few days for the tracking number to update and COVID delays is the problem. Refuses to give refund for a product that was never shipped. The tracking number is INVALID. It's been WEEKS not DAYS. Went to PAYPAL for dispute on not getting the product. If the company won't respond by June 11 then Paypal will decide what to do. Such an uninspiring
