Slow lazy

I applied 2 times. Was told first time wait 45 days. So I waited. I applied again. My case is in litigation. They denied yet again. Bottom line they are lazy, slow and take forever to get back with you. They will NOT FUND YOU IF YOU DONT HAVE AN OFFER EVEN THOUGH THEY CLAIM THEY WILL.
