Slow Internet Speed

I am a freelancer and reside in Askari-10, Lahore. For the past 3 days, my OPTIX internet connection is fluctuating due to which I am not able to complete my tasks on time and I am forced to use other internet services for the completion of my tasks. The same problem is being faced by many other members of my society. User's recommendation: Speedy and Slow at the same time.
