slow internet and unacceptable bill charges

I'm complaining about our huge bill around 6000 pesos per month.Our internet plan is almost 3000 per month but were not getting the speed based on the plan that was offered, and on our bill we are are being charged for the telpad that is defective that we cant even use for about a year now plus the cctv camera that is not working for a year.We are paying around 1000 pesos per month for the services thats not working and for the internet that is very slow
