They are slow to deliver; however, the goods are of good quality when you finally receive, which may be 2 or more months after your order. What I have from them I like very much and it wears well have repeated laundries. The security on the pants is also excellent. So, I'd give A for product quality but F for timely delivery. In fairness to them, they do indicate long delivery times when you order, but in my orders they failed to meet the initial delivery estimate. When they had waited so long that I had moved, they did, to their credit, get my address right and sent the shirt to it.
