Slow delivery and damaged bed

I have ordered a bed from this store and paid over $1, 500 for it! Order was placed over two months ago and it actually took them two months to deliver it! All that time I was trying to get in contact with Humble Abode but they never bothered to reply. Finally, after two months of waiting it finally arrived. I was very disappointed with the quality and the fact that it arrived damaged. Now my main goal is to return then bed and get a refund, but I don't expect to get any help from them. This company is very hard to deal with, there is no customer service and no way to reach them. Their beds are very expensive, but that doesn't mean high quality. Don't buy from this store!
