After waiting over two weeks in our rv because they shipped a bad control board, some bright tech decided it was the motor. It was to arrive today so i could be on the road Friday and the idiots didnt ship it until yesterday. All my complaints on my 2015 motorhome is with products Lippert Components make. How does a company like this stay in business. I will start exploring changing all Lippert products in my coach to anotjer brand that knows what they are doing. Customer service here doesnt exsist. Thanks for ruining my travels with your company incompetence!!
