I went into Fantastic Sams to have my daughter's hair done for her birthday on 12-02-19 & right before we fly out to Vegas to Celebrate her Birthday, We both had pictures & explained to the stylist of what we wanted done, mine was keep my highlights & match them, lighter brown, I ended w-dark reddish hair, darker than what i had wanted, my daughters hair is brownish blonde she wanted reddish highlights towards the back of her head and the end results were pinkish burgandy w- hardly any blonde left!! We told her thats Not what my daughter had wanted, she told her, go buy some clarifying shampoo & if it doesn't wash out come back the next day, I pd $192+20 tip for her & $75+20 tip for mine, I work Hard for my money & didnt expect this kind of dissatisfying job. I am going back this mng & expect it to be fixed accordingly or I Want A Refund! This store has to call ins that day & we had made appts prior to going in
