Have been in touch with your staff regarding replacement of the sliding glass door purchased with a lLimited Lifetime Warranty in Oct. 2012. There were 2 doors purchased at that time from American Craftsman (white CWi45 Patio Doors by Anderson) Contacted you and I was advised that it was necessary to supply the number of the original sales receipt. Although I have been in touch with the contractor (Rabco Construction) for several months hoping to resolve the situation, they are unable to locate the original sales receipt. All I have is their invoice number (6166) Realize the problem exists with the contractor but this still leaves me with a door that needs to be replaced. Hoping you can advise me on how to proceed.
