Slide-out won’t go in and out

In regards to the previous complaint of the slide out that will not go in and out on the Bounder classic a typing error was made it was a 2014 Bounder classic 30 foot not a 2018 Bounder classic that was purchased June of 2013 yes so one of the new 2014 purchased in June of 2013
