DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! UNRELIABLE - DISHONEST - ABSENTEE OWNER - SCAM - UNPROFESSIONAL - SHODDY WORK. Two blue collar scam artists came to my home to provide cesspool services. They acted like the entire town would be sucked up by my so called "failing" cesspool. They said I would need complete replaced but suggested since they were there, that I should get a $400 cleaning done. I told them I preferred not waste $$$ on a cleaning if it was so bad that I needed to replace my septic system. Then the BS started. They said they were there, could do the cleaning immediately and that the owner (who doesn't return phone calls and has his staff lie on his behalf) would come by later that day to let me know the entire cost of the project and that the cost of the cleaning would come off the total job. Well, low and behold the $400 exceeded $600 and no call from the owner day #1. Then I called 4 more times over the next few weeks - still NO return call from the owner and LIES from the office. I made every effort to reach out to them to no avail. Bottom line - they didn't do the necessary tests to determine if I needed a completely new system IE: overflow tank check - and I now have to pay another company to do the same cleaning just to get the system replaced. This company is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all and I would never recommend such a low brow operation to anyone. I dislike the fact that the so called owner allows his workers to outright lie to consumers to get the quick $$$ and that follow up is not in his vocabulary. Do yourself a favor and use one of the 100 other companies out there.
