Bought 2 Tempurpedic mattresses with adjustable frames. Delivery man made sexually inappropriate comments while I was alone in my bedroom with 2 delivery men. Thought I was going to be raped. I backed out of the room, got them out of the house and made a complaint to Sleep Country. One year later, last month, I completed paying 12 installments for $8500. Fairstone Citibank, Sleep Country's finance company just called 8 PM. Was advised they forgot to add $13.00 service charge to my $8500.00 bill. They sent it to collections. And I owe an extra 70 cents for one day late on their fake negative billing charge. Outrageous! If I owed the $$ they should have added it to my $8500 bill. They sent this to collections for being one day late for a charge I have never heard of. Sleep Country shouldn't work with unethical companies. Neither should I. Good bye Sleep Country. Bad experience from beginning to end.
