ordered a sign off this website. 3 weeks later got an email saying they had been lost in the post and others would be despatched a week later. I sent emails and made calls trying to find out what was happening, i copied in Trading Standards. Research revealed they go under Prestige Slate, Premier Slate, Luxury slate and have untold complaints. They are con men. Do not use!
