Despite being warned repeatedly by police, property management and pissed off residents, company reps continue to solicit, usually under false and deceptive pretenses. They're particularly fond of targeting senior citizens. They'll claim they want to see your energy statement to "ensure you're getting the discount to which you're entitled," but they're really after your name and account number so they can switch your account without your consent, steal your identity or case your residence for a burglary. I'm surprised they even received a C- rating from the BBB; it should be an F. Liberty Power does this in every state in which they do business, and they are being investigated by the attorneys general of some states because of this. Avoid Liberty Power at all costs. They're liars and thieves.
