DECEPTIVE. Waited until the last minuteright before Christmasto LIE about the reason our gifts arent coming. Blamed UPS when in reality, it was their fault. They created labels to give the appearance stuff was moving but never sent it. The didnt even fulfill eGift card orders. Incompetent.
