I placed an order with Netflorist on the 8th of October for delivery on my wife's birthday on the 1st of November. However, only one of the two items paid for ended up getting delivered. Netflorist has no dedicated complaints number or email or staff to handle such issues and you spend hours calling and getting directed n redirected despite the fact that you are the one that has lost financially and has had their plan ruined. I'm really disappointed in Netflorist as I thought as market leaders they'll set the standard. But if this is their standard, then I don't see them being market leaders for long. How can you be so careless in handling people's orders and provide no way for them to seek redress.
