SIZING A TEARDROP PENIS WAND

I'm interested in a Teardrop Penis Wand. It comes with a penis glans ring but I imagine that ring has to be sized somehow. Can you tell me if that's the case, and if so, how do I measure for it? I currently wear a 0-ga captive bead ring I've bought from you for which you probably have records. (my sales slip unfortunately is at a different location from where I am now.)
