Ordered a brava belt, x tra large, and my waist size is 39. As per instructions, xL is 40-46, but would barely close. When the belt was laid down, just measured 39inches,and on the belt tag marked XL. Obviously was mismarked, but being a customer for 7 years doesnt count, as would not accept return because Iwouwould not recommenced opened it. I would have to open it to try it on, and just lack of customer service and support.
