Site down for 2 weeks straight

How on Earth in 2019 and this day and age of technology can a website now be down for OVER 2 consecutive weeks? No satisfaction when you call City Easy Deals directly. Poor Customer Service Reps don't know what to tell you other then they are "working on the problem". You call Citi directly and they aren't even aware there is a problem with their Rewards program....how there can be such a disconnect between corporate and the rewards program is beyond me. I think we should start a class action lawsuit against the company as they advertised this great rewards program which can't even get their website up and running. The site was down for about 4 days earlier this year but nothing compared to this fiasco. I told them they should just pull a 7 year old off the street. I'm sure he/she could get the site up and running by days end. What a sham.
