Site claims full refund, they try to stick you with half, complain louder

I admit it, I wasn't paying enough attention and thought this was the Post Office site. When I realized my mistake, to the tune of $79.95, I called them to get the free refund their company offers. They claim they had done "so much for me" and tried to placate me with a half refund. I told them their site said "full refund" and "no questions asked". Finally, the caller relented and told me I'd get a refund. Also if you signed up for their savings program, they want to charge you almost $51 a month for their savings. Don't accept a half refund, and make sure they do not have you paying a monthly savings fee, they are scammers.
