Sindicate in Lazada

This is a warning! I'm a marketplace seller in Lazada and my account was deactivated. Recent orders were not delivered but immediately marked as shipped back success. Now, I received an email that the claim was rejected because it was already shipped back. Another case, even if you handed over the order to Lazada it did not register as shipped. Since my account is deactivated there is no way for me to contact seller support! User's recommendation: Beware! It is likely that a sindicate is operating inside lazada since they are the only one who have access to the system.
